Pernille S. Ravn is Chief Administrative Officer at Stratu. A central part of her role is to lead and motivate employees, build a strong culture, and ensure that everyone works together toward common goals.

Pernille focuses both on employee development and on fostering an inclusive, forward-looking work culture. At the same time, she has a sharp eye for resource utilization in daily operations, enabling Stratu to deliver high-quality results and outstanding customer service.

Previously, Pernille served as CTO and COO at GlobalConnect, where she played a key role in building and optimizing complex operations and technological solutions. She ensured high customer satisfaction and stable operations across networking, colocation, and IT outsourcing in both Denmark and Germany. Her efforts helped strengthen the company’s value and market position – a success that ultimately culminated in its acquisition by EQT.

Before joining Stratu as CAO, Pernille was CEO of the IT security company Motus, which is now part of Stratu.

In her free time, Pernille and her husband run the youth division of their local sailing club. Here, they teach children and young people how to sail and navigate responsibly at sea – while also fostering a community built on learning, fun, and respect for nature.
